- PayPal — paiement via un compte PayPal, sur l'interface sécurisée de PayPal ;
- il accepte que l'exécution de la prestation numérique commence immédiatement après le paiement, sans attendre la fin du délai légal de rétractation ;
- il reconnaît expressément renoncer à son droit de rétractation, conformément aux dispositions légales applicables aux contenus numériques fournis sans support matériel, sous réserve du respect des conditions légales en vigueur ;
Le Client consommateur bénéficie de la garantie légale de conformité prévue par la loi bulgare relative à la fourniture de contenus et services numériques et à la vente de biens (Закон за предоставянето на цифрово съдържание и цифрови услуги и за продажбата на стоки, transposant les directives (UE) 2019/770 et 2019/771), pendant deux (2) ans à compter de la livraison du bien ou de la fourniture du contenu numérique.
General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "Terms") govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded at a distance on the tf-market.com website between , a company incorporated under Bulgarian law (hereinafter the "Seller"), and any natural or legal person making a purchase (hereinafter the "Customer").
The Seller sells at a distance (i) new physical products: equipment, tools, accessories and consumables intended for the automotive workshop, and (ii) digital content: technical documentation and wiring diagrams for control units, supplied without a tangible medium. It does not work on its customers' vehicles.
Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in the version in force on the day of the order. The Seller reserves the right to amend them at any time; the applicable Terms are those accepted when the order was confirmed.
Where the Customer acts for purposes outside their trade or profession, they have the status of consumer and benefit from the protective provisions of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите) and from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Provisions reserved for consumers are expressly identified.
Article 2 — Identification of the Seller
— , share capital .
Registered office: , , .
EIK (registration number): — .
VAT number: .
E-mail: — Telephone: .
Article 3 — Products
The products offered are those shown in the online catalogue on the day of consultation, subject to available stock. Physical products are new and supplied in their original packaging together with the manufacturer's documentation.
Each product is presented with a description setting out its essential characteristics as communicated by the manufacturer or supplier. Photographs and illustrations are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding.
It is for the Customer to ensure, before ordering, that the product matches their needs and intended use, and to comply with the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions. If in doubt, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller before ordering.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale or to change its characteristics, without this affecting orders already accepted.
Digital content (technical documentation and wiring diagrams)
Technical documentation and wiring diagrams are sold per control-unit version, which the Customer selects from the drop-down menu on the product page. It is for the Customer to check that the chosen version matches their control unit. These are digital documents supplied without a tangible medium: nothing is sent by post.
The documents are for the Customer's own use only. Any resale, reproduction, publication or distribution to third parties, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Article 4 — Prices
Catalogue prices are shown in euros (EUR) excluding VAT; the price including VAT is also displayed. VAT at the applicable rate (20%) is added to the price excluding VAT for any Customer who does not meet the exemption conditions described below. The VAT amount and the total including VAT are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Displayed prices exclude delivery charges. For physical products, these charges are calculated and shown separately before the order is finally confirmed. Digital content carries no delivery charge.
Deliveries outside the European Union may give rise to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees payable on arrival. These amounts are borne entirely by the Customer and are their sole responsibility.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force when the order is recorded.
Exemption (reverse charge): the invoice is issued without VAT only for a VAT-registered business Customer established in an EU Member State other than Bulgaria who provides, when ordering, an EU VAT number recognised as valid by the European Commission's VIES system. VAT is then self-accounted for by the Customer. Without a valid number, or if the VIES service is unavailable, VAT is charged.
Article 5 — Orders
The Customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, then follows the ordering process: entering their details and delivery address, choosing a payment method, checking the summary, accepting these Terms and confirming payment.
Before confirming, the Customer is able to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors. Confirmation of payment constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the order.
The sale is only complete once the order has been confirmed by the Seller by e-mail and the price has been effectively collected.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, made in bad faith, or placed by a Customer with whom there is an unresolved dispute over payment of a previous order. The Seller then informs the Customer and refunds any sums collected.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, for the full price. Accepted payment methods are:
- PayPal — payment via a PayPal account on PayPal's secure interface;
- Visa or Mastercard bank card — payment on the secure page of an authorised payment service provider, with 3-D Secure strong authentication.
Payment data is transmitted directly to the chosen provider over an encrypted connection. The Seller never has access to the Customer's full card details and does not store them.
The order is only processed once payment has been effectively authorised by the relevant institution. If authorisation is refused, the order is automatically cancelled.
For business Customers benefiting, under express prior written agreement, from a payment term, any delay automatically triggers late-payment penalties at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points, together with a fixed recovery-cost indemnity of 40 euros.
Article 7 — Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering. The Customer alone is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided; an incorrect address may result in re-dispatch charges payable by them.
Orders confirmed and paid for are picked within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to availability. The indicative delivery time then depends on the carrier and the destination. Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller delivers no later than thirty (30) days after conclusion of the contract.
Digital content: the document is sent by e-mail to the address given when ordering once payment is confirmed, and made available for download once the order is confirmed, normally within one (1) working day. The Customer checks that the e-mail address entered is correct and that the message has not been filtered as spam; if it is not received, they contact the Seller at .
In the event of late delivery, the consumer Customer may, after instructing the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period and failing performance, terminate the contract by registered letter or in writing on a durable medium. Sums paid are then refunded no later than fourteen (14) days after termination.
On receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the parcel in the carrier's presence. Any damage, shortage or damaged parcel must be the subject of precise and detailed reservations on the delivery note, confirmed to the carrier by registered letter within three (3) working days, with a copy sent to the Seller. Blanket reservations such as "subject to unpacking" have no legal value.
Article 8 — Transfer of ownership and risk
The products sold remain the Seller's property until their price has been paid in full, in principal and incidentals.
For consumer Customers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the Customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the product. Where the Customer entrusts delivery to a carrier of their own choosing, risk passes when the goods are handed over to that carrier.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Articles 50 et seq. of the Закон за защита на потребителите) and Directive 2011/83/EU, for physical products the consumer Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the last product in their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons and without penalty.
The way to exercise it, the return conditions and the refund periods are detailed in the refund policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to business Customers whose order relates to their professional activity. The Seller may nevertheless accept a commercial return under the conditions set out in the refund policy.
Digital content — waiver of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Article 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).
Accordingly, when ordering technical documentation or wiring diagrams, the Customer must tick a box by which they:
- agree that performance of the digital service begins immediately after payment, without waiting for the statutory withdrawal period to end;
- expressly acknowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, subject to compliance with the legal conditions in force;
- acknowledge that the documentation and wiring diagrams ordered will be available for download once the order is confirmed and may also be sent by e-mail.
Without this acceptance, an order for digital content cannot be confirmed. The Seller keeps the date and time of this acceptance and confirms its terms to the Customer on a durable medium (e-mail).
Article 10 — Statutory warranties
Irrespective of any commercial warranty, the Seller remains bound by the following statutory warranties:
Statutory warranty of conformity
The consumer Customer benefits from the statutory warranty of conformity under the Bulgarian Act on the Supply of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods (Закон за предоставянето на цифрово съдържание и цифрови услуги и за продажбата на стоки, transposing Directives (EU) 2019/770 and 2019/771) for two (2) years from delivery of the goods or supply of the digital content. They may have the goods or content brought into conformity (repair, replacement, or re-sending a correct digital document) and, failing that, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. A defect appearing within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
A digital document that does not match the control-unit version ordered, or that is unreadable or incomplete, is replaced free of charge on request to .
Manufacturer's commercial warranty
Some products also benefit from a commercial warranty granted by their manufacturer, the terms of which appear in the documentation supplied with the product. That warranty applies without prejudice to the statutory warranties above, which remain applicable in all cases.
Excluded from the warranties is damage resulting from use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions, from lack of maintenance, from modification or repair by an unauthorised third party, from unsuitable connection, from overvoltage, or from normal wear of consumables.
Article 11 — After-sales service
Any request concerning a delivered product must be sent to , stating the order number, the product reference and a description of the problem observed, with photographs where possible.
No return may be made without the Seller's prior agreement. A return number is issued to the Customer and must appear visibly on the parcel.
Article 12 — Liability
The Seller is automatically liable towards the consumer Customer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the distance contract, under the conditions laid down by consumer law.
Towards business Customers, the Seller's liability is limited to the pre-tax amount of the order concerned. The Seller may under no circumstances be held liable for indirect damage such as loss of business, loss of customers, loss of data, or commercial or intangible loss.
The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from use of the products that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, good professional practice or applicable regulations. Technical documentation is supplied for information; any work carried out on the basis of these documents is the sole responsibility of the Customer or of the professional performing it.
Article 13 — Force majeure
The Seller may not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performing its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 306 of the Bulgarian Commerce Act (Търговски закон), in particular natural disaster, fire, epidemic, strike, blocking of transport, failure of telecommunication networks or supply disruption beyond its control.
Article 14 — Personal data
The data collected when ordering is necessary to process the order, deliver it, invoice it and comply with the Seller's accounting and tax obligations. Its processing is described in the privacy policy (GDPR).
Article 15 — Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution
Any complaint must first be sent to customer service at so that an amicable solution can be sought.
Where that step fails, the consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите — KZP), which runs conciliation committees for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes:
—
A consumer resident in another EU Member State may also obtain assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net).
Article 16 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This rule does not deprive a consumer resident in another EU Member State of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute with a business Customer falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia (Bulgaria). The consumer Customer may choose to bring proceedings before the Bulgarian courts or the courts of their place of residence.
Article 17 — Miscellaneous
If one or more provisions of these Terms are held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions retain their full force and effect.
The fact that the Seller does not rely, at a given time, on any provision hereof may not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to rely on it later.
Computerised records, kept under reasonable security conditions, are regarded as evidence of the communications, orders and payments between the parties.

- PayPal — плащане чрез PayPal профил през сигурния интерфейс на PayPal;
- се съгласява изпълнението на цифровата услуга да започне веднага след плащането, без да се изчаква изтичането на законовия срок за отказ;
- изрично потвърждава, че се отказва от правото си на отказ съгласно законовите разпоредби, приложими към цифрово съдържание без материален носител, при спазване на действащите законови условия;
